• Client: Refers to any veterinarian, veterinary clinic, or authorized professional who uses our services.

• We/Website: Refers to DxVet, our website, services, and any associated digital platforms.

• Clinical Case: Set of diagnostic information, including images, videos, and patient history, submitted for analysis.

• Services: Includes specific digital products, courses, free templates, and telediagnostic services provided by DxVet.

 

The Basics (or “What You’re Agreeing On”

By accessing and using our website, you:

1. Confirm that you are legally able to do so (no cats, dogs, or goldfish pretending to be human, please).

2. Agree to these terms in full.

3. You acknowledge that if these terms are updated, the new version will be posted here with the corresponding date. Continued use of the website after changes are made means you agree to them. No virtual handshake is necessary; your clicks are sufficient confirmation.

 

Our Services

 

Digital Products

One-time purchases of eBooks, guides, and templates available on our website.

 

Free Guides

Available free of charge, but the customer must provide their email address to access.

• By downloading, you agree to be automatically subscribed to our monthly newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Monthly Newsletters

• Our newsletters contain updates, tips, and exclusive content.

• Any purchase or free download on our website automatically subscribes you to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe using the link provided in each email.

Tele-Diagnostic Service

• Pay Per Case: One-time case submission, no ongoing commitment.

• Monthly Subscription: Automatically billed every 30 days. You can cancel at any time, but a one-time initial subscription fee applies.

• Annual Subscription: Billed monthly for 12 months. You can cancel at the end of the first year or any renewal period, with no additional fees.

• Submissions are made through Google Workspace (shared folders or forms with submitted images/videos). The Google Workspace Terms of Service apply to all data exchanged.

• Reports are delivered digitally via Google Workspace.

 

How Tele-Diagnosis Works

1. Case Submission:

   1. Submit your clinical case, including all relevant images, videos, and patient history, using the designated form or shared folder.

2. Report Delivery:

   1. After review, you will receive a detailed report with differential diagnoses and recommended steps within 24 business hours.

 

Our Responsibilities vs. Yours (Let's Be Fair)

 

We Promise:

• Review submitted materials and provide professional, detailed reports.

• Meet deadlines, except in emergencies such as technical failures or unforeseen situations.
   

You Promise:

• Submit clear, high-quality images and videos (blurry photos of your thumb don't count).

• Ensure you have the owner's permission to share the case details with us.

Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our reports will address all diagnostic needs.

• DxVet is not responsible for:

  • Misinterpretation or misuse of our reports.

  • Delays in submission or processing due to technical issues.

  • Treatment results based on our reports.

 

Our Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic reports based on the information submitted. However:

  • We do not guarantee results or prevent adverse outcomes, including the death of an animal.

  • We are not responsible for cases submitted without the owner's authorization.

  • Poor-quality images/videos will be counted as a case expense, with no refund or credit.
     

 

The Client's Responsibilities:

• Ensure all submissions comply with local regulations, including obtaining owner consent to share medical records.

• Submit clear diagnostic images/videos and accurate patient histories.

• Use our reports as guidance, but confirm diagnoses and treatment plans with your own professional experience.

Google Workspace and Data Management

• Our telediagnostic services use Google Workspace to exchange information. By using these services, you also agree to the Google Workspace Terms of Service.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of data shared on this platform.

Payment and Subscription Policies

 

Payment per Case:

• Payment is made at the time of case submission.

​

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Automatic billing every 30 days.

• You can cancel at any time. The initial subscription includes a one-time setup fee.

• 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If you cancel within the first 14 days, you will be refunded, unless you have already submitted cases (€42 + VAT per case reviewed).
   

Annual Subscriptions:

• Billed monthly for 12 months.

• Cancel up to 30 days before the end of the term without additional fees.

 

Digital Products and Courses

After payment and unloading, no returns are accepted.

 

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website is the property of DxVet or used with permission.

• You can browse and learn, but do not copy, publish, or modify our content without permission.
   

What You Share With Us

• By submitting suggestions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content.

What NOT to Do on Our Website

• No illegal activities, hacking, or spamming.

• Do not publish confidential patient information.
